Gatekeeper/Border Element

    Hello Every One,
    I am new to quintum configuration,i have tenor ax800 i dont know what ip to assign to gakekeeper/border element in configuration manager can anyone help plz i am waiting for response

    Ahsan,

    In 99% of configurations, you can leave these 2 fields set to nothing or 0.0.0.0

    Mike,

    I have 2 tenors aft800, i need to use only one static ip, they are on the same LAN, is there any config possible for this using a private ip?

    Rusty,

    If you are setting both units up on the same private network, but only have 1 public IP, then this will not work. You would need either;

    1. Another static public IP and a router that can map both public IPs to the correct private IP of each tenor

    or

    2. Purchase a Tenor call relay to install behind the NAT and this will be able to handle the one public IP and send the calls to the correct private IP.
