    I currently am having troubles with the Quintum box making the phone on the other end Ring every 15 minutes exactly. I know that my phone sistem is obvously sending out a signal that the Quintum sees as a “false” ring and tries to make the phone on the other end ring. This only rings twice and then it stops. Any help would be appreciated.

    Mark,

    Make sure that you have both your PBX and the Tenor are properly grounded, electrically. This may help.
