We had installed Tenor A800 behind the firewall (local IP 192.168.0.95)
In March 2005, we were advised a list of ports to forward on our firewall for Tenor A800 to work with other Tenor A800.
2 days ago, router lost the config. I need to re-configure, can not trace the ports numbers that A800 requires free internet connectivity. I have already put the following ports but still does not work. Can someone help please ?
1718 to 1720
2099
2427
2517
2944
6670 IP Phone
5060 to 5065 SIPBest Regards

bharat@footpath.comMy suggestion is that you open all ports to/from tenor and then start closing ports after everything is working, however, you can find a list of all the ports on Quintum’s web site under the support area.
