ATA’s & EP Registration

Hi Mike,

I have two questions for you:

1.) We set up 4 Grandstream ATA’s for simulation and testing. Each of the ATA can call any number on the PSTN, but none is able call fake DID’s assigned to them. About 45 seconds after dialing the fake DID, we recieve fast/busy signals. Do you have any suggestion on how to fix this?

2.) Our EP registery is not displaying all of the devices assigned to the VM: i.e out of 4 ATA’s, we only got 3 of them that are shown in EP Registery. I tried a number of things, including deleting the EP registery and reboot the ATA to no avail. Do you know how we can fix this?
