I need to log into a textfile or DB when a call start and when finish. With the monitor I can see those status, but I need to log continouslly that nformation. Can you help me?
If you are accessing the unit using telnet, you should check with your telnet software as most have an option that allows you to open a log file and anything that happens on the screen will be placed into this log file.
