hello i have a quintum dx4120 with 2 *e1 valiant channel bank.I am using hostedswitch.com as ssw.My customers says my acd is low.Can someone help to find what is the reason(some calls are cutting)and how to configure it.i ve changed slow/fast with and without tunneling in the ssw.We have seen a better asd then ,but what can be others reason.Thank you for your help
