I have got some problem in my Tenor AXT 800 which I have been using for termiantion. The problem is that when my carrier calls, they get undefined error and I got the calls of duration of 32 second and nothing on the disconnect cause field. It has been happening for 2 hours before that it was working fine. I am attaching copy of CDR file of those calls of 32 second duration and disconnect cause field of null. Could you please check and correct my configuration. Here are the specifications.
Does anyone know about it ?
