1. Has anyone gotten surcharges to work properly? Anytime I add a surcharge it increases the account balance announcement. For example:
10.00 PREPAID; 1.00/min in tariff plan ; surcharge time @ 0, amount @ 0 = 00:09:55 is announced.
10.00 PREPAID; 1.00/min in tariff plan ; surcharge time @ 120, amount @ 1. = 00:10:55 is announced.
Why is this? I thought surcharge time and surcharge amounts would be hidden from customer. For some reason when I increase the surcharge time the time announced increases. Please advise/
2. How can you integrate credit card processing into voipswitch? What is the most cost efficient way of accomplishing this?
3. What are your experiences with sms callback good/bad?
4. Do you know of any thirdparty billing systems for voipswitch?

as far as I know, VoIPSwitch does not possess Radius AAA interface and can NOT be used with any external billing systems.
VoIPSwitch will become a very good product (in my personal opinion), but it is still under heavy development. Make sure you have the most new/fresh version.
