Also, I have an issue, my competitors do not charge when a call to mobile phones reaches the automatic answer? Like, you have reached blablabla, pls leave a message after the tone. My carrier is charging me for these calls, should I complain or is it normal?
If I call local mobiles with my carriers, they charge me. But the case is, answer machines here say ” you have reached this number, you will be charged if you leave a message after the tone, otherwise, pls hang up.” So I get many customers complains, any tips from more experienced out there is appreciated.
