I am trying to configure my quintum to communicate with a software callshop. I have 4 phones booth connected to the PBX ports of my quintum. I would like to do accounting and billing, when someone make a call the callshop indicate the time and amount of money to pay.
The quintum (192.168.100.5) is behing a nated router and the callshop machine IP is 192.168.100.44
I already configured the callshop, and I would like that you check the configuration of my quintum so that it communicates with the machine on which the callshop is installed.Channel:

What are you using for the accounting and billing part of this? Do you have a radius server to do this as the Quintum will not do this for you. It can provide basic CDR records, but not any full accounting and billing.
