Hi,
This is my first gateway and it seems like almost impossible to make it work. can anyone provide me a step by step or a decent manual to help me configure it.
i need to set this up in saudi, and the country is not in drop down list, and it keeps taking my call to usa.

You can set the country to any country other than US and it will be the same.
As for a manual, you can find all the standard Quintum manuals on their web site under the customer service area and there are some sample configs there as well.
