Please anyone HELP.
I cant access my quintum.
I have database errorHow to reset to factory?

First of all is im wonderin how were you able to corrupt your database.. basically it is corrupted so youmust have to upgrade it.. by doing that you will overlap the existing database and your quitnum will work again .. hope that help ya 😉

Basicly you will have to connect quintum with telnet , press diag and reset, set quintum as ftp, upload new software, and upload new license file. (License file from Quintum support – but you will have to give them serial no of device, where you buy … etc)

This sounds like the unit is in a hung state. This usually happens if someone tries to upgrade the software and the files are corrupted. You will need to erase and reset the flash memory and this may resolve the issue. You can find the instructions on Quintum’s site or you can contact me directly and I may have and will send.
