Temporary Failure 41

Hi,

I`m getting the following error occasionally on my router logs, and this seems to be the cause of calls dropping out. The error doesn`t seem tied to a specific port or module and i`m not sure waht could be causing it. I`m using the same code on the router that i have been using for the last year – and the problem only flared up last month – so i`m ruling that out!
The Ip network seems fine, and i cannot correlate packet loss with the error.

Anyone any ideas? Help!
