Ericsson Webswitch 2000 – what to do?!

    Hello all… I just purchased a used Ericsson Webswitch 2000. Unfortunately, it came with no manuals or the CD… and it’s locked up.

    Two questions… does anyone know how to hard reset the password? and does anyone have the original software? (SwitchLink I believe it was called)

    I’ve contacted Ericsson; they were not much help, they pointed me to a commercial dealer with no support.

    Is the manual still floating arround in someones inbox?

    Just picked myself up one of these in exactly the same situation.

    Would like to investigate VoIP.
