    Hi all,

    Here is mi problem:
    i lost my Tenor AX 2400 PW, i have read all the messages in this forum, and I just talked to the people of quintum, they said i need a public IP address to do the PW recovery, the problem is that i dont have the IP, so if someone could help me, i would be grateful.

    Juan,

    You do not need to have the tenor on a public Ip to have quintum reset the password, but you will need to contact Quintum and talk/message with them live as resetting the password requires entering a one time key that is time sensitive.
