Quintum ASG400 Login Password Reset

    I’ve a Quintum ASG400 Tenor. I lost my login password to configure the tenor .. also, the IP … can anybody tell me the way I can reset the password again ? I’m not concerned abt the configuration. Please, try to help me. Contact me at: ullahbd@yahoo.com

    Ahamed,

    I believe the only way you will be able to reset the password is by contacting Quintum directly.

    Thanks MikeM. I’m contacting quintum for this matter. But, they r taking so much time for this. If anybody know any alternative way .. pls. inform me

    Ahamed,

    I double checked with my contacts in Quintum and there is no other way.

    Basically, they generate a time sensitive password based on the numbers that appear next to the login prompt when you connect to the system. That is why you need to contact them and they will need to talk to you in real-time.
