can not hear voice from VocalTec

    my side is excel switch and cisco 5300, send the call to other side’s VocalTec through internet.

    everything is fine for normal call,
    but if the call is autoanswered without ring tone, voice can’t be heared on both side. but i can hear the voice on switch.

    anybady met this before?

    normally, there is a message:
    TX -> ALERTING
    if there is a ring tone back,
    but for autoanswered call,
    there is no ring tone, and not
    this message: TX -> ALERTING

    1: no voice
