I would like to agree to that. But what if telephone providers take advantage of consumers by installing using VoIP instead of the PSTN to route calls – and charge similar rates. It may be possible that if VoIP is sucessful then the providers will benefit more than the consumers – unless of course we use VoIP through our PC or use services from private companies such as Skype.
