AXT 2400 gateway configuration error

    CAN SOMEONE HELP? I GET THE BELOW ERROR WHEN TRYING TO CONFIGURE AXT 2400 QUINTUMGATEWAY.

    axt2400 tenor gateway

    qteWriteInstance: failed qteEncryptReadInstance objType=49 index=0

    Try to set the box to factory defaults and then try again.
    If the problem persist you have to contact the QTAC.
