IVR on Quintum A800

    Can i play IVR on quintum for incoming calls from IP, i know we can play ivr for pbx and pstn sides but i want to play IVR for calls that r coming from IP, is there any possible solution for this??

    No, it is not possible.
    There is a solution including an external softswitch, like AlterPSS in example.

    Teodor, Is this softswitch(AlterPSS) wil also perform radius services, or is there any other solution for this requirement, as i hav to run IVR and Radius for incoming IP calls.

    You can also use Talking SIP from http://www.ivr.com with Quintum if you are running the SIP protocol.

    We have a few ASM400s we use in a few hotels and they work great with Talking SIP to play voice prompts, collect DTMF digits do class 4 tandem switching and prepaid/postpaid calling card.
