    Ashraf,

    If you want to call from your PC to the quintum and out to the PSTN, you first need to have an H323 or SIP soft-phone software in your PC or use Netmeeting (not recommended). And then you would need to config quintum for term service

    i have tenor ax800
    the task is simple…i am amatuer
    a->quintum->b
    a=fxo trunk card
    b=xyz@domain

    this is the only info i have got…

    not sure what you are looking for as there was no question, just some statements.

    If you are looking for config, then you may contact me directly and we can discuss. If you are looking for some pointers, then in basic, you will need to set the disc supervision correctly, probably use a forced routing number and static route.
