TCL script to play an announcement..!!

Dear All,

I’m using Cisco 2650XM and Cisco 3745 as my Gateways and i don’t have CCM and i don’t have IPCC and also i’m not using Unity, my setup is very simple:

PBX1–GW1–leased line–GW2–PBX2

I need to do a TCL script that i’ll load to GW1 to play an announcement for the caller from behind PBX1 to GW1 to let them know that they have to call again during our working hours, and then send a disconnect tone that’s all.. Can anyone help me with that..?!!
