Hello, I’m new to the forums.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the SM7000? We’re having a few problems with our SIP phones echoing.
When placing a call from an SIP phone, they caller can hear themselves echo in the background, sometimes it isnt as noticeable, but other times its very loud. The reciever does not hear the caller’s echo.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
what SIP device are you using….?
We’re using Grandstream BudgetPhones and ATA’s, also we have some ViDA Phones (http://www.vida21.com/ViDa_phone_Dihone.html) that echo the most.
Do you think its the phones themselves? or the servers?
