    hello,

    I need a free 🙂 sip softphone. I have installed SER. But for each user I must pay. Is there any open source sip phone with its open source code…

    It’s not free but you will get unlimited license in nominal fee.

    Hello,

    I could not find free SIP softphone with source code.(It must be Windows-based) I need source code, because I will add some features and change interface…
    Can you suggest a softphone?

    You can use RTC library from Microsoft (the one which is used in the Instant Messenger). It is not open source, but you can use it your application and develop your own interface.
