Quintum AXT problem

    I need solution on battery reversal with the Quintum Tenor AXT. The AXT is unable to read the battery reversal signal from our GSM fixed cellular terminal. We check the on hook and off hook voltage of each of our fixed wireless terminal and found out it generates the stnndard voltag.
    Please give me a solution to this problem.

    Call technical support, they will have to troubleshoot the problem.

    What can you do for now is to enable cas trace with “ev l3 cas ch” then make a call and paste the results on this forum.

    Make sure you are using a line side on AXT.

    Upgrade the software of AXT…i’m sure it can support battery reversal……….
