I have a problem with my tenor A800 that I use in my callshop. When I made the call after 10 sec the call disconnects. Have you experienced such problem and how did you resolved.

i have tenor a400
when i make a call, the guy i call can here my voice, but i cant here his voice.
by the way the tenor is on the DMZ.
where do you think the proplem?
