User calls in from PSTN to Gateway
Gateways Ack Gatekeeper about the call
Gatekeeper forward the call to an IP agent and start talking (only Audio)
Agent must has the option to forward the call to another agent
Is it possible to implement this scenario if yes then how
I think the SIP is natural choice for such services. Yes, there is plenty of companies who already implemented such services (Vonage is probably the most well known), and several VoIP solution vendors who can provide such solution for you. For instance, search google.com for “voip billing sip residential”
