It’s hard to describe in few words. You should better go through the doccumentations you received in Quintum CD. You will find at least one application note for this kinda application. I’ve tested it and it works.

there are many options available, what are ur specific needsI whant start prepay card service for long distance (customers ring to an phone number) this is an service for local users .
