Detecting disconnect with Micronet

As per the subject:

I can’t get my SP5014 to detect caller disconnect from and FXO.

With a regular BT analouge line this is presented as a continuos 400Hz tone. I’ve tried a number of different settings but can’t work out how to get detection of this tone. For my last attempt I tried:

tone 1 400 0 8 8 0 1023 1023 1023

Also When using an analogue port from a BT ISDN Highway line this tone is 400Hz and 6 seconds long. But I can’t get the SP5014 to recognise this at all.

If anyone knows of solutions I would appreciate it.
