we are a company that provides many services like DID callback, Webtrigger, SMS callback,….and i need to know why the percentage of failed calls is very hight in the weekends days?.
please i need a technical answer, because sometime i tell my self maybe this is caused by the pressure on the lines, so please can someone provide me with an answer.
