carrer guidacnce for beginner in voip

hello guys,

i need your help in my carrer aspect

i completed masters in computer applications, i got an oprtunity
to work in voip technolgy.

iam in this filed for last two months

i know 1) c,c++,xml

2)installed the open source sip backend.

now my doubt to have the real stuff
in voip technology what i need to do from here

1)what might be the carrer chances in voip specifically.

2)how is the future for voip in coming years

3)do you suggest any good books
to get knowledge about this industry

4)does in india we have any good firm engaged in voip technology

iam in big dilema please help me
