Re: Quintum invalide CDR sent URGENT

    Recently I updated my A800 ISO to P4-2-31LEC, after I reset the A800 it begins to send CDR with invalid character and force the CDR server(which comes with Quintum)the shut down!! I tried to downgrade the ISO and reset to factory default via console. It does not work!!
    I check the CDR sent with invalid characters are old CDR. CDR generated after the upgrade does not have any problem. I am thinking how to remove all the CDR from the Quintum. I tried to reset to factory default via console etc. but it does not work

    PLS HELP since I cannot work without the CDR server.

    Sorry the Tenor ISO is P4-2-20-31(LEC) and has been downgrade to P4-2-20-27(LEC) and still sending Junk/unreadable character

    you need to power off tenor for 1 minute and power on again to flush all cdr..

    it will give you junk cdr.. if you upgrade/downgrade it without clearing first all cdr’s before the upgrade/downgrade.
