    I would like to start a prpaid phonecard and I have some capital to start.Could any colleague tell what is the hardware needed fro A to Z.

    Recommended investment #1: hire somebody, who has experience with the VoIP, and knows how things should be set up 🙂

    Honza as the correct idea. However if you do not want to pay a salary take a portion of your capital and put it aside for a consultant who can help you.

    you need Cisco AS5300, a billing solution (I am looking for one right now), Ip and ISDN PRI services.

    IMHO mind is little but out of the line, it is going to be at least several time expensive as the other solutions you listed.
    PortaBilling is worth consideration – it is flexible, has a lot of nice features and good support.
