Unless you are talking about something unknown on the US, T2 is a rate equal to 4 T1 ‘s. Or around 6 mb.
But is internal to a transport equipment, never offered by a service provider to a end user.
You will see a T2 in some older transpor equipment, adn same very rare equipment.
If you get 33 mb of internet bandwith, you will have enough for many hundreds of VOIP phone calls, around 1300 of them on the worst case escenario.
Calculate around 25 kb of bandwith per concurrent call, oe less depending on your codec and equipment used.
