Calls failing from Public IP to Private

Hi Guys!!

Here i am again…

I have an A800 (public IP – Brazil) and an A400 (private IP – Miami).
The A400 can call the A800, but the A800 cannot call the A400.
On the A400 if I put the public IP on the BorderElement the A800 doenst see the A400, but if I put the private IP it works, but only one way around.
Does any one tell me what I shuold do?
