calculating bandwidth

    Does any one have any links or dvice to work out the bandwidth to know how much is required, as i cant get my head around it.

    P.S it needs to be a simple breakdown so that i can learn it for assumptions on the business.

    G729 – 8K – low end scale
    G711 – 64K – high end scale
