problems Implementing Voip ?

    Hello people, i am in my final year at university and my final project is on VoIP and what are the considerations (technical, finanacial, impact on business etc) when looking at converting from the old PBX to VoIP.
    Also i have to compare the main differences between PBX and VoIP, and finally to summarise the report i will be asking the question of the full capacity of VoIP and what is in store.
    If there is anyone out there that can point me in the right direction then i owe you my life !!

    Does any one have any links or dvice to work out the bandwidth to know how much is required, as i cant get my head around it.

    P.S it needs to be a simple breakdown so that i can learn it for assumptions on the business.
