There are a whole range of ports that should be opened for Quintum’s to work behind firewalls and NAT devices.
The ports depend on what services you have enabled on the Quintum. CDR server requires additional ports (9001 or 9002), GateKeeper requires others, PacketSaver others and so on. It also depends on the version of the OS you are running, later updates of the Quintum system software require different ports to the earlier 3x releases.
There is an official Quintum document that lists the ports, if you send me an email request I’ll forward the PDF document to you by return.
The best way to get this to work is to use the DMZ option on your router. This forwards all incoming packets to the wan port to the assigned internal address on the LAN side. If you have any questions let me know. support@voiphelp.net
