Quintum CMS – error 100

Recently I set up a Quintum CMS and point it to 2 Quintum D3000. The 2 Quintum D3000 setting is the same. But I only can link up with 1 Quintum and another Quintum D3000 give me a cause value 34. What is the most possible problem can cause this happen?
