I am the director of Sales at sysmaster.
People should not trash a company or their products and go nameless while doing it.
We have multiple deployments,, with some customers doing over 1 million minutes per day.
Think about it. How much money will you make at 1 million minutes per day? why trash the solution which got you there that you purchased for maybe 20k.
How about buying another or using remote database/ server which increases the through put considerably.
Anyway, there are ways to increase scalability, you just have to ask….and pay.
And I am not going “nameless”, this my handle on this board.
I do not know the product, good or bad. But agree that if I start having troubles when I go over 1 million minutes a day, that is a trouble that i will be glad to have.
Now, what about talking what are those limitations, and at what level they show up????
I am considering the product, and since I may never reach the 1 million minutes, I may buy it if I am told where is the limit.
