My gatekeeper generates a fake ringing on the ORIGINATING side(the dialer) before it is really ringing on the destination side, how can i overcome this problem?

The originating device, based on the messages received via faststart, gives the caller a fake ringing as soon as a route is located.
That is annoying when the device gives you rinback, to dial out the number and the number is really busy.
Caller gets a rinback, and then a busy.
Try disabling “faststart”.
