Tenor A200 Setup Help

Hello to everyone.

We currently purchased 2 Tenor A200 Units.

I am trying to setup a remote extension for an employee , who will be traveling for few month to a different country and needs to continue using our PBX, be able to call using our local rates and receive calls like he is the local office , so it will be transparent to anyone trying to reach him (in other words he needs to use his phone , just like he is in the local office ) . I was told by Quintum that all I need is 2 Tenor A200 units , and it will allow me to achieve results I need.

So far I can only make tenors to call each other over internet. But unable to setup a virtual extension. I have setup static mappings for VOIP and played around with Hop-Off settings , but no luck so far .

I am absolutely new to VOIP setup, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
