    We have Tenor Analog A400 Multipath Switch – 4 ports (Rev. B).Details of hardware & Software virsion details are given below.

    Serial Number: A002-0019F8
    System Software Version: P4-2-20-40(LEC) (1733826/0xD5B6)
    Boot Software Version: P4-1-3 (180592/0xE814)
    Database Version: 2.08 09-13-2000 (277900)

    We want to upgrade this device from H.323 to SIP can it possible in this device .

    pls send firmware of quintum A400 for SIP and Procedure how to upgrade the firmware for the same.

    Umesh,

    You can find all the software/firmware for quintum products on quintum’s web site under the support section.

    I would caution you on the use of the SIP software for the older A400 unit as it is only Beta and never fully tested.
