Has somebody opinion about Welltech devices(FXO and FXS)? What’s advantage and disadvantage?

Anyone using Welltech with Quintum?
I am having an interoperability problem.we noticed that calls from fxo to fxo wont disconnect even when both parties hang up the phone. this problem is with the disconnect tone of the gateway, we already alter it with the disconect tone of the PBX but still we encounter the problem. the advantage maybe it’s much cheaper than quintum or mediatrix
