    I am just curious, and I have been introduced to some VoIP related jargons, SR, PDD, ALOC. Where do I get informations about those?

    The answer is :
    SR : i do not know
    PDD : Post Dial Duration
    ALOC : Average Lenght Of Call

    take a look at some Cisco Documentation about it’s AVVID solution…. soon to be replaced.
