I have the Linksys Etherfast Cable/DSL & Voice Router (BEFN2PS4) which is powered by Net2Phone. I can make IP calls, make analog calls, but I cannot receive IP calls. Can another user with the exact same Linksys Router (with voice) be able to make a IP call to me.
I don’t have the Net2Phone linksys, but do own another linksys. The issue you are having is fundamental. You must either DMZ (not advised) the router or enable Port forwarding for the VoIP ports. this encludes the RTP ports along with H.323 ports.
