Can someone guide us on a problem we are facing with our tenor d3000? The problem is the follow on calls. If the destination number is engage it gives user a prompt to enter a specific key to dial again. But in the case of a call which does not go through or after completing a call it does not give the same option. So the user has to hang up and dial again to the gateway to place a second call. Please advice if you know how to fix this. Regards. MMA
The long pound or hash feature (# #)didnt work properly with previous versions of the firmware on Quintums and that was the cause of this problem. Quintum has recently recent a patch firmware to correct this particular problem, you can download it along with relevant release notes from the customer services section of the Quintum website
