Hi everyone.
We need help with configuring the Cisco ATA 186 behind NAT (We are using Winroute) to enable this device to work with Voicemaster gatekeeper. It seems that we have configured the said device but we are unable to place calls and we dont hear any dialtones. Anyone out there please guide us as we are new to this. my yahoo ID is mmaphone

MMAYou must put the off hook command in the dial plan to hear tones.
