Compatibility equipment with VocalTec

    Our company usies Vocaltec VGW120. We try different small getways (for
    4&8 ports) from other vendors, but they don’t work with Vocaltec VGW120.
    Cisco ATA 186 works only .

    What do you use small getways for 4&8 ports?

    Try Planet VIP 200, 400, 800.
    But It works not so good as Cisco ATA and costs cheeper.
    We have expereince of work with this strange hardware.

    We tried Planet VIP 400. When we call up from Planet to VGW120 we heard voice. When we call up from VGW120 to Planet we did’n hear voice.
    What did we do incorrectly?

    Explain your phrase, please: “But It works not so good as Cisco ATA and costs cheeper”. I did’n get the sense.

    Try to disable h245, in work with vocaltec this is the first I can say.
