My customers will be using a phone connected to the cisco ata 186. My provider is go2call. So How can I record the time expend on the phone by the customer?
I know I can log on my go2call account and see the time – But I want the customer to know the time is spending when he is talking on the phone.
Well, depends if go2call will allow you to use a gatekeepeer instead of connecting the ATAs directly to them. If so – you can connect all your ATAs to a gatekeeper and then the gatekeeper to go2call.
After that it is very easy to get the CDR from the gatekeeper and parse it to a billing software.
We have just had some bad experience with a “name” in the field. We need a dependable Gateway, H.323 compatible equipment that really works out of the box. Does anyone have a good recommendation?
